We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at support@sprise.shop with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original card. Bank processing times may add a few days.
We do not offer direct exchanges — return the item for a refund and place a new order.
